By creating an account, accessing, or using Posgage (operated by Olystique LTD), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
Posgage provides multi-platform social media scheduling, automated publishing, and content performance analytics. We interact with third-party social media platforms via their official authorized APIs.
3. Third-Party Platform Policies
When you connect third-party platforms to Posgage, you agree to adhere to their respective terms and policies:
- YouTube: Users are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
- Meta (Instagram & Facebook): Users are bound by the Meta Terms of Service and Platform Terms.
- TikTok: Users are bound by TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Snapchat: Users are bound by the Snap Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Snap Privacy Policy. Only Snapchat Public Profiles can be connected, and everything published to Snapchat through Posgage must follow these policies.
- LinkedIn: Users are bound by the LinkedIn User Agreement and LinkedIn Privacy Policy. Only personal LinkedIn profiles can be connected, and everything published to LinkedIn through Posgage must follow these policies.
- X: Users are bound by the X Terms of Service and X Privacy Policy. Publishing to X is included in the Pro and Max plans, and everything published to X through Posgage must follow these policies.
4. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership
You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights of any media, images, videos, and captions you upload to Posgage. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your published content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.
5. Account Termination
You may disconnect your social accounts or delete your Posgage account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies or abuse API quotas.
